2013….Another year packed with high octane cricket action
have come & gone!!! As we step into 2014 where lots are in store for us
let’s look back into the year 2013 – who won most tests, who scored most runs,
who hit the highest score in ODIs , who had the most miserly figure among ODIs
and much more.
44 test matches, 137 ODIs & 53 T20Is were played in 2013
across 77 series all round the world. Matches played were so unequally
distributed like Pakistan & Kenya played 12 T20Is each whereas India ended
playing a solitary T20I across the whole year. Australia & England played
14 test each while Sri lanka played just 4, including the ongoing test vs
Pakistan. While the no. of test matches remained in proportion with the last
few years, 47 more ODIs and 29 less T20Is were played compared to 2012.
